Using PulseVite
You may use PulseVite only for lawful purposes. When submitting a website, you confirm that you are authorized to request its scan or have a legitimate reason to inspect its publicly accessible pages. You must not use the service to attack, overload, probe private systems, evade access controls, or violate another party’s rights.
Scans and reports
Reports describe signals observed when a scan ran. Websites and external standards change, and automated checks have limits. A report is practical guidance, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, revenue, security, accessibility compliance, or legal compliance. Findings should be evaluated in the context of your website and business.
Orders and fulfillment
The product page or order confirmation defines the purchased scope, price, currency, and expected deliverables. Work outside that scope requires separate agreement. You agree to provide reasonably requested access, content, approvals, or information needed to complete repair work. Delays caused by missing access or responses may affect delivery timing.
Accounts and report links
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and non-public report links. Notify us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. We may limit or suspend access necessary to prevent abuse or protect the service.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in your website and materials. You grant us the limited permission needed to inspect submitted public pages and perform purchased services. PulseVite retains rights in its software, report formats, methods, and original materials. You may use reports created for you for your internal business purposes.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep PulseVite available and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseVite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service, except where applicable law does not allow that limit.
